Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are between you and the Juke team, who run the Juke app and the Juke website. By connecting an account, joining a challenge or posting, you agree to them. A parent or guardian agrees for a player under 13. Apple's standard terms for apps also apply to the app.
Who can use Juke
- Anyone can practice in the app on their own phone.
- To send videos, take on challenges or have a player's page, an account must be connected: by a parent or guardian for a player under 13, or by the player themselves if they're 13 or over.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens through your account.
What you may share
- Only videos and pictures you're allowed to share: of your own child, of yourself, or with the permission of the parents of anyone else in them.
- No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. No bullying, harassment or mean comments in captions. Nothing sexual, violent, hateful or dangerous. Nothing that shows where a child lives or goes to school.
- No pretending to be someone else, and no trying to see other families' content you aren't allowed to.
Reporting, blocking and removal
- Anything can be reported, and any family blocked, from where you see it.
- We review reports promptly, usually within 24 hours. We take down content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or close accounts that do, without notice.
- Content reported by more than one family is held from view until we've looked at it.
Your content
Your videos and pictures stay yours. You let us store them, analyze them, and show them to the people you choose, as described in the Privacy policy, for as long as they're on Juke. We use them to improve Juke's AI only if you say yes, and you can take that back.
Counts and feedback
Counts, scores and feedback come from our AI and can be wrong. Leaderboards are for fun and practice. A challenge lasts 7 days and counts only what Juke's AI counted (goes in the app, or a filmed go), never a number typed in; its winner is the top of its board when it ends. Practice safely: a clear space, the right ball, and no heading for players 10 and under (US Soccer).
Tokens, the family plan and refunds
- Tokens pay for the AI's work, such as analyzing a match or making a video of your child. What each thing costs is shown before you spend any.
- Free on Juke: the Beginner levels of every skill path, the juggling counter, today's challenge, making and taking part in challenges (as many as you like), and your first trick. The family plan unlocks every level past Beginner and as many tricks as you like, and gives your family tokens every month. Levels your child has passed stay theirs if the plan ends.
- The family plan renews automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel, and it ends when the time you've paid for runs out. Bought on the website: cancel with Manage subscription in your tokens wallet. Bought in the iPhone app: Apple takes the payment, and you cancel in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- A free trial comes first (a week on the monthly plan, two weeks on the yearly), with a few tokens straight away, and the plan's first payment is taken when it ends unless you cancel at least a day before. The plan's full monthly tokens start with that first payment. One free trial per family (in the app, Apple decides who has had one). A plan bought in one place unlocks the other too: you never need both.
- Tokens are non-refundable once spent.
- Tokens you bought on the website (a pack, or a family plan payment) and haven't spent can be refunded on request within 14 days of buying them. Email support@jukeskills.com from your account's email address, and we'll refund the payment the way you paid. A plan bought in the iPhone app is refunded by Apple: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Free tokens can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
The service
Juke is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Delete account). We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and contact
We'll update these terms when Juke changes, and ask again where the law needs it. Questions: support@jukeskills.com.
